Hotel Rules

  • All guests MUST their names and other necessary particulars at the Reception.
  • Accommodation payment sholud be paid in advance to facilitate smooth running of the assorted Hotel operation
  • All valuable items must be kept in safe deposit boxes found in the rooms.
  • The Management shall not be responsible for loss of any underclared items.
  • Breakfast is served at the Leopartd restaurant situated at 1 floor from 6:00 am to 10:30 am.
  • Check out time 11:00 am
  • The guest shall be required to pay at least half o the room tariff for a late check out.

Cancellation

If you have a room directly with the hotel, either via telephone or using our online booking system and you’re unable to come for whatever reason, can cancel free of charge as long as you telephone us, or cancel online, by 2pm the day before arrival. If you don’t contact us until after 2pm on the day before your planned arrival day, you will be charged for the first night of your stay.
